Fitness Instructor

Being a full-time dancer I used to go to the gym to give my body a different kind of work-out as I was fitness mad. When I began teaching I decided to train as a fitness instructor to understand more about the mechanics of movement, nutrition and injury and to give myself a much deeper understanding of the anatomy of dance. This knowledge has helped me in devising my Pure Technique class which aims to strengthen the dancerís body.
